About Me!

Hi! I’m Alexa Moulopoulos, PsyD, a licensed clinical psychologist and the owner of AM Psychology Center. I truly couldn’t be happier that you’re here.

My work is grounded in the belief that understanding yourself- your emotions, your patterns, and the relationships that shaped you - creates the foundation for meaningful change. I’m especially drawn to working with people who are thoughtful, curious, and ready to look a little deeper, even when it feels uncomfortable.

I approach therapy and psychological testing in a collaborative, relational way. I’m active and engaged in the room, and I value honesty, curiosity, and feedback that goes both ways. I aim to create a space where you feel safe enough to explore the parts of yourself that feel confusing, overwhelming, or hard to talk about, while also gently challenging the patterns that no longer serve you.

I’m known for being warm, down to earth, and real. I incorporate humor when it fits, speak honestly and directly, and work hard to ensure that clients feel truly seen and understood rather than analyzed or reduced to a diagnosis.

Whether we’re doing therapy or psychological testing, my goal is the same: to help you make sense of your experiences in a way that feels meaningful, grounding, and useful as you move forward.
