If you’re considering therapy or psychological testing and want to explore whether this feels like a good fit, I offer brief consultation calls to help with that process.
Consultations are 15-minute phone calls designed to give you space to share what you’re looking for, ask questions, and get a sense of how I work. They’re also an opportunity for me to understand your needs and determine whether my approach is likely to be helpful for you.
Finding the right psychologist matters. These conversations are meant to support clarity and mutual fit - without pressure or obligation to move forward.
If we decide together that working with me makes sense, we can talk about next steps. If not, I’m happy to offer guidance on other options that may be a better fit.
