Therapy Services

Therapy here is a space for people who want more than symptom management. It’s for those who are curious about themselves, open to reflection, and willing to engage in a process that invites both insight and growth.

My Therapeutic Approach

My approach is relational and insight-oriented, with attention to how past experiences—especially within families and close relationships—continue to shape emotional responses, self-understanding, and patterns in the present. Together, we explore what has helped you cope, what may now be limiting you, and what it might look like to relate to yourself and others differently.

This work often includes:

  • Exploring family-of-origin experiences and attachment patterns

  • Making sense of emotional overwhelm, emotional numbing, or confusion

  • Understanding relational trauma and its impact on current relationships

  • Developing greater self-compassion, clarity, and emotional awareness

  • Identifying and shifting patterns that no longer serve you

I am active and engaged in the therapy process. I value honesty, curiosity, and collaboration, and I welcome feedback as part of the work. Therapy is not about venting without movement or outsourcing the work - it’s a shared process that unfolds over time, at a pace that is thoughtful and intentional.

Therapy Services Offered

  • In-person therapy in Glendale, WI

  • Telehealth therapy for individuals located in PSYPACT-participating states

I am authorized through PSYPACT, which allows me to provide telehealth therapy to clients in participating states outside of my primary licensure location.

Rates & Insurance

Therapy services are self-pay. I am not contracted with insurance companies, which allows the work to remain flexible, individualized, and focused on your specific needs rather than insurance requirements.

Many clients choose to use out-of-network benefits, and I’m happy to provide superbills for possible reimbursement. Additional details about fees and insurance can be found in the FAQ section, here.

If you’re interested in insight-oriented, relational therapy and are open to a collaborative process, I invite you to reach out to explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
